Order Processing & Postage
Please allow 1 - 3 days for order processing. Orders are currently taking 7-14 business days to post after the order has been processed.
Once your payment has been processed and I've begun to create your order (usually within 24-48 hours of ordering) please allow up to 7 business days for postage. Occassionally larger orders will take longer, however you will be advised if my 7 business day timeframe cannot be met. Timeframes are heavily dependant on my current volume of work, however I do try to provide an accurate timeframe as possible. In the event that you need your order quickly, please contact me prior to ordering to see if this can be achieved.
Returns
It is my absolute goal to make sure that all of my customers are completely happy with their orders. Please keep in mind that photographers use different lighting techniques in their photoshoots which may change colouring of an item however I always include at least 1 shot that shows the true colour, therefore I cannot accept returns based on colour differences. As these items are placed on newborn babies, I cannot accept returns or exchanges once the package I mail has been opened and used. Unopened packages may be returned with a 20% restocking fee (this covers the time it took me to create the item) and no refund on postage. If your item is damaged, please return the item in the original packaging. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering. Cancelling your order after the 24 hours but prior to shipping will incur the 20% restocking fee to cover the time it took to make your items. Thank you for your understanding.
Safety
I use the sofest and safest yarns for babies, which is acrylic for wearable items, as these are non-allergenic (unlike wool fibres which can cause rashes and allergies). I also use other fibres which are on the product listings. The bulk of my items are intended for photography sessions, therefore babies and children must be supervised at all times if they are wearing my items. I also sell fashion wear such as beanies and booties, however infants and children under 5 should be supervised when wearing them, as buttons etc. can be a choking hazard.
